Judith Ann Janssen

Judith was born August 29th 1948 in Battle Creek Michigan to Bernard C. Way and Barbara J. (Rogers) Way. She married Lamoine Janssen August 3rd 1965 in Alva, Florida. She was raised Catholic and received first communion in 1958. Her life was dedicated to her family, and one of her greatest joys was spending time with her children and grandchildren, playing card games, board games and numerous late night movie nights.

She is survived by her husband, Lamoine Janssen of Mission Hill, SD; children: Karmela (John) Volovlek of Mission Hill, SD, Kammie Janssen (Charles Perkins) of Yankton, SD, Lonnie (Cathleen) Janssen of Mission Hill, SD and Damian (Kacy) Janssen of Yankton SD; sisters, Dawn (David) Mason of Alva, FL and Connie (Billy) Sempf of Michigan; brother, Rick (Rosemary) Way of Punta Gorda, FL; sister-in-law, Liz Way of Michigan; nine grandchildren: Cody, Kyle and Nathan Volovlek, Shayla (Jared) Hjelm, Damian Janssen Jr., Zachary Janssen, Amanda, Charlie and Emma Logan and two great-grandchildren, Hunter Volovlek and Nealey Hjelm.

She is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Misty Kay Janssen; her parents, Bernard and Barbara Way, and a brother, David Way.
