Landrey L. Leonard

Landrey L. Leonard, age 27, passed away unexpectedly at his residence, Sunday, July 24, 2016.

Landrey was born June 9, 1989 in Phoenix, AZ to Kolleen (Scheer) Want. He was well liked and known by many. He married Lindsey Yeager on March 21, 2015 in Yankton, SD. To this union, two children were born, Liam and Layton Leonard. Landrey was a family man who devoted himself completely to the ones he loved. He enjoyed playing Frisbee golf and had a passion for online gaming. The most joy in his life was his children and that of being a father and husband. Landrey was a kind and very passionate man who had many dreams for himself and his family. He will forever be missed for the amazing man he had grown to be.

Landrey is survived by his wife, Lindsey Leonard of Yankton, SD; children: Jordan Richardson of Vermillion, SD, Averie Jade of Yankton, SD, Liam Leonard of Yankton, SD, Layton Leonard of Yankton, SD, Kaden Anderson and Rosston Michael, both of Yankton, SD; sisters: April Empkey of Yankton, SD, Mindy Want of Denver, CO and Lindsey Leonard of Yankton, SD; parents, Kolleen Scheer and Brian Want of Yankton, SD.

Landrey was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother and grandfather, Mary and Kenneth Scheer and maternal aunt, Kelly Cambell.
