Philip J. Wurtz, age 47 passed away peacefully at his home in Menno on Sunday, September 8, 2013. Services will be held at the Jamesville Colony in rural Utica. Arrangements are under the care of the Opsahl-Kostel Memorial Chapel, Menno.
