Richard L. Engel, age 86 of Sioux Falls, SD passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Sioux Falls. There are no services scheduled at this time. Entombment of his cremated remains will be at Hills of Rest Mausoleum, Sioux Falls. Arrangements are under the direction of Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home and Crematory in Yankton, SD.
