Sandra Milroy age 91, of Yankton, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2026 at the Avera Sister James Care Center in Yankton. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am, Thursday, October 29 at the Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home in Yankton with Rev. Jeff Otterman officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Yankton Cemetery. Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home of Yankton is assisting the family with arrangements.
