Tina Lynn Prior

Tina Lynn Prior age 60, of Yankton, SD, formerly of Mountain Home ID and El Cajon CA, passed away peacefully in her sleep Sunday, April 9, 2017 at her residence. Memorial services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at the Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Chapel, Yankton, SD with Rev. Rick Slattery officiating. Tina was born April 10, 1956 in Amarillo, TX to Russell and Velda (Tucker) Woolverton. Tina was a proud mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and was always passionate about her animals. The kid at heart in her loved a good game of Texas Hold’em, Pink Floyd, Green Day, Journey, and she could bring laughter to any situation with her ‘filter-less’ crazy humor. As she waits in heaven with her family, she would want to extend that she is forever thankful to those who loved and supported her and her family through the years. Tina is survived by her daughters, Jennifer (Jack) Harris of Rome, GA and Kara (Craig Tokarick) Prior of Yankton, SD; son, Bryan (Krysta) Prior of Yankton SD; nine grandchildren: Jamie, Jesse, Justin, Clarissa Harris, Austin and Brooke Prior, Tyler, Jacob, Jaden Tokarick; five great grandchildren, sister, Cynthia Woolverton of Yankton, SD and her feline companion, Star. Tina was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Michael Prior and nephew, Zachary Woolverton of Reno, NV.
